1 year warranty

Every Turbo Airmaxx cooling fan is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Faults in materials or workmanship under normal household or light worksite use, including the fan, supplied 2.0Ah battery, and adaptor.

What is not covered

Damage from misuse, drops, water ingress, unauthorised repairs, commercial hire, or consumable wear. The warranty is not transferable.

How to claim

Email support@turboairmaxx.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video if possible. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund where Australian Consumer Law requires it.

This warranty sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights cannot be excluded.
