These terms apply to purchases from turboairmaxx.com.au. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or payment fails. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our supported payment methods.

Delivery

Free shipping Australia-wide. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

Use of the site

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content without permission. Product images and copy are for illustration; specifications may be updated.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
